As the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are approaching, to ensure seamless alignment for your cross-border shipping plans, we hereby formally notify you of our company's operational arrangements during the holiday period, to help you plan your stock preparation and shipping schedule in advance, and avoid disruptions to your cargo's overseas delivery timelines caused by holiday nodes.

1. Specific Holiday Operational Arrangements

• ‌September 20 (Sunday)‌: All staff are on regular duty. All international express pickup and shipping services for DHL, UPS, FedEx and other brands are fully operational, and shipments will be arranged based on actual order volumes.
• ‌Phased Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Arrangements‌:
  • September 25 (Thursday): Full-day holiday. Door-to-door pickup services are available, while all warehouse operation services are suspended.
  • September 26 (Friday): Resume regular work. All international express services are fully restored, and shipments will be arranged based on actual order volumes.
  • September 27 (Saturday): Full-day holiday. Door-to-door pickup and all warehouse operation services are suspended.
• ‌National Day Holiday Arrangements‌:
  • October 1 to October 5: Full-day holiday. Door-to-door pickup services are available, while all warehouse sorting and international shipping operations are suspended.
  • October 6 (Monday): All staff officially return to duty. All international express services are fully restored to normal operation.

2. Important Shipping Reminders

Please submit your last batch of shipping orders before 18:00 on September 24 ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. After we resume work on September 26, we will process the parcels accumulated before the holiday as soon as possible, and prioritize securing mainline air space for urgent shipments.

The final order cut-off time before the National Day holiday is 18:00 on September 30. To avoid cabin shortages and backlog delays during the peak pre-holiday logistics period, please place your shipping plans 3-5 days in advance to reserve sufficient buffer time. We will pre-lock dedicated fixed air space for UPS, DHL and FedEx for you to ensure your cargo departs on schedule.
